It sits between the coastal village of Portreath to the west and the smaller settlement of Bridge to the east, and is dissected by Portreath stream. Portreath is a civil parish, village and fishing port on the north coast of Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. The village is about three miles (5 km) west-north-west of Redruth.
