LOCATION:
The site is an undeveloped area of woodland located to the south of Penberthy Road. It sits between the coastal village of Portreath to the west and the smaller settlement of Bridge to the east, and is dissected by Portreath stream. While the site sits beyond the two settlements, the residential development in the area forms a hamlet known as Bridge Moor.

Portreath is a civil parish, village and fishing port on the north coast of Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. The village is about three miles (5 km) west-north-west of Redruth. The village extends along both sides of a stream valley and is centred on the harbour and beach. West of the harbour entrance and breakwater are two sandy beaches that are popular with holidaymakers and surfers.

UNCONDITIONAL LOT:
Auction Fees apply, upon the fall of the gavel, as per the auction legal pack. The highest bidder, will also pay a deposit of 5% (minimum £5,000) of the hammer price and contracts are exchanged. The purchaser is legally bound to buy and the vendor is legally bound to sell the Property/Lot. The auction conditions require a full legal completion 28 or 42 days following the day of auction (unless otherwise stated in the legal pack).

Bidding registration deposit

The bidding registration deposit is required in order to be approved for bidding. The amount is £2,400 per lot and is deducted from your deposit upon exchange, if you are the highest bidder. If you are not the highest bidder, the bidding registration deposit is refunded to you, in full.
